Extending existing sink cutout to fit larger sink in caesarstone benchtop

Need a quote on increasing the cutout in a thin (maybe 20-30mm) caesarstone benchtop for a sink swapover. Current sink is 780x480 (cutout approx. 750x460) with drainboard partially over the dishwasher and bowl in 600mm cabinet. New sink is 970x500 (cutout 960x480) so the cutout will have to be widened in both directions. Both new and old sink are topmount and job should ideally take place on the same day as the plumbing to minimize time without a sink. Thanks!
