Create and install metal ramp for driveway

my car is scraping as it exits my driveway and so i'm after a metal ramp to be created and installed (bolted to my driveway). my neighbour whose driveway is adjacent to mine, has the same issue and already has a ramp. whilst not mandatory, i'd prefer the ramp to be made in the same style as my neighbours (checkerplate metal and dynabolted to the driveway - i think that's the correct terminology).

the dimensions of the ramp that i'll need (based off my neighbours ramp) are:
- longest length: 2.7m (my neighbours ramp is 2.4m ... but it looks like my driveway is a touch wider)
- short length: 60 cm
