Steel balustrade need to ne raised 100mm

Top rail of steel stair needs to be raised 100mm to reasonable match existing [new portion added?]
alternately the whole balustrade can just be raised by 100mm
there are also horizontal gaps in the rails that need to be limited to 125mm max
i have digital photos to assist
