Stair/step renovation

Renovation to existing hardwood steps required. There are two lot of steps that require renovation - one 700mm high x 1180mm wide (four steps including top landing) and one 170mm high x 1180mm wide (one step). The renovation will require adjustment to the step placements as we are looking to place some solid timber flooring at the top of Step 1, and at the bottom of the second step stated above. If the existing material cannot be re-used, material to be standard stair thread (and where required riser) victorian ash of 1200x285x33 (and the matching riser of 1200x190x19 if required), some edge routing will be required in lieu of bullnose. Prefer to have job completed on site where possible.
