My fiance and I are moving into our home in approx. 6 weeks, we want to have removed the spiral stairs that exists and replaced with a new stair case - not spiral.
The only thing is we need someone with experience in being able to give us options of constructing this staircase in the small area of this room to get to the upstairs landing.
We have been told we may have to cut out more of the roof of the second landing which we dont really want to do.
