Replace Timber Balustrading on Rear Deck and Stairs

Job will require replacement of existing hand rails on verandah and stairs (approx 20m). Removal of existing stair treads and relocation of existing stringers to accommodate a new hand rail on either side of stairs and new treads. Cut and reinstall 3 existing posts and stirrups as installed below ground level. Cut/Scarf post extension to 5 existing post’s to enable new works to meet present Building Code/Regulation, being hand rails to be 1000mm high for verandah/decks more than 1000mm above ground level. (Currently at 850mm). Would like a timber Bread loaf handrail with vertical baluster. Structural timber to be F17 Hardwood CCA treated or similar. All timber joints prime painted only.
