Existing exterior staircase situated at back of house (approx. 12 steps - see photo) has become unsafe. I need a basic set of replacement stairs built. Must be able to adhere to any safety specifications/regulations.
It is likely the landing at the top of the stairs will also need to be rebuilt to accommodate the stairs, as the existing structure is coming away from the main sunroom.
Not looking for anything fancy, or high-end, just a simple, affordable and practical set of timber stairs.
