Replace Balustrades on Front and Rear Exterior Stair

The wooden balustrade on the rear stairs is rotting and the pailings are falling out. It is also poorly secured to the staircase and unsafe.
The balustrade on the front staircase is also not well secured to the staircase and may need to be better secured or replaced.
