4.5m post needs to be replaced, along with refixing of rails.
The bottom stair tread (on ground level) needs to be replace (concrete) and bottom of stair placed in stirrups. Inspection required for proper quotation.
Note: I require that all quotes contain:
1/ Clearly identify the cost of the labour component
2/ Clearly identify the cost of the material component
3/ Identify if GST is present
4/ Identify level of finish
