We require a new internal spiral staircase from a kitchen/meals area down to a room under the house. This is a new staircase, (therefore there is no opening as yet) and will require this. The subfloor is pine boards and access to the room is excellent. I will be able to be home this Thurs 12/7 and possibly Fri 13/7 to allow access to quote. We are in Donvale.
