We are in the process of planning to extend our existing elevated balcony in Watsonia North. We have final plans.
We require a quote for a treated pine external timber staircase supply and install.
Please see attached drawings to get a better idea of the job.
More information: closed stringers with 14 treads, 1m2 of landing and a maximum width of up to 1.2m and using 45mm treated pine for stringers and treads.
Please do not include any balusters or handrails in the quote.
Site inspections are available to assist with quoting.
