Im after a safe but economical staircase & door to give outside access to a self-contained upstairs flat. The choice of building materials is not important, so long as we can paint the staircase if necessary to blend-in with the brick house. The staircase will enter the upstairs room through what is currently a window. Bricks will need to be removed below the window.
