Please contact HO Adam on 0425 988 220 to receive info email with images of client believed unit issues - I have recently purchased a property located in Fig Tree Pocket (4069) and am having problems with the solar hot water system. The house is tenanted and the vendor is not communicating / providing any history on the equipment. The tenant complains that after only one shower the hot water runs out. When the booster switch is on everything works well. With the rise in energy costs, we would like to utilise the solar component as much as possible and only use the booster when necessary. The booster switch is currently located outside in the meter box which is inconvenient for the tenant. I would like your advice and quotation on the best solution to optimise the electricity bill while providing reliable hot water supply.
