Dissapointed that the work wasn't completed as expected. I had significant plumbing work performed by this company that included roof guttering. The plumbing work was completed very promptly and was satisfactory. However I paid an extra $250 to have the gutters cleaned as I was advised by Ben from Dun Right plumbing that they were full of leaves. A few days later and after paying the full price I discovered that most of the gutters had not been cleaned and were still full of leaves. Called them 9th April and he said he only quoted for the one gutter, which didn't make sense to me as all the gutters need cleaning. Ben agreed to come out in the following couple of days to finish the work. However as of 29th April this hasn't been done. I will now need to find and pay someone else to complete this work.
