hi,
we have an 10-15 year old skylight which needs to be repaired. the skylight structure itself is still solid but its bonding is loose around the junction with the roof frame - the sealant is brittle and coming off. this has resulted in a very minor water leakage in the roof.(i have inspected this through the roof cavity and believe this to be the reason behind water leakage)
we need an experienced trade person to fix and service this skylight properly. water leakage needs to be stopped by sealing this skylight properly.
this work will involve working in the roof cavity and also working on the external rook itself around the perimeter of the skylight.
given the right advice and quotation, we are ready to get this done immediately.
