We are looking to open a 80sqm (approx) Fashion store that is situated in a new Shopping Centre (inner eastern suburbs) with minimal existing fitout. We need a estimate for the following shop fitting works prior to comitting to a lease and works.
Work to be done:
- Plaster Wall Installation,
- False Plaster Suspended Ceiling,
- Flooring (Carpet or click-system floorboards),
- Basic Electrical and Light Installations
- 2 to 4 Change Rooms
- Baulkhead and Shop Front (Glass) Installation
- Glass Doors or Shutter
Unfortunately we have a very limited budget.
If comitting to works we would require a simple sketch or drawing to show the landlord so that approval may be obtained. Landlord's design philosophy available on request. Other interior carpentry work may become available depending on the overall cost of this initial fitout.
