I don’t need any expensive material but I need them to be practical.
to give you a figure of what I want, imagine building a very simple boost juice bar. I need a single sink with hanging water hose, some bench tops and cabinets, signage and menus. I will be supplying the blenders, juicers etc.
please give me a rough brake down of the prices as per below :
1: the full designing cost including concept rendering including several 3D images, construction drawing, ( I will be accountable for centre approval costs and PCA costs)
2: construction cost including supply and install PER SQUARE METER for a finished job (for instance 1000 dollars, supply and install per sqm)
