We have a warehouse that has some existing offices that have been built which need to be partly demolished and rebuilt as per our specification.
We require an all rounder that is confident working with the following;
1. Existing Timber frames
2. Plasterboard and stud walls
3. Deconstructing prefab walls
4. Jackhammering tiles from concrete floor
5. Partly Removing timber structures
6. Working with electricians to run data and power cables throughout
7. Patch and paint existing plasterboard
We are looking for someone or a team to start on Monday 1st July and be finished by Friday 5th
