We are an education provider and require an open plan 350m2 premises in William Street, Melbourne to be partitioned into 12 offices as soon as possible.
Council permit will not be required, it will be issued by the building surveyor. We have the existing and proposed floor plans drawn up already.
Please find the proposed floor plan with room sizes marked, there are images of the premises taken from all ends.

Doors to be installed: 920 mm x 2700 mm with a glass panel on the right side
