  PAINTING:
Repaint over Graffiti Mural 14M length concrete block wall in commercial office white, 2.7M high. Will take several coats to cover the existing graffiti mural on it. 10 Data plugs and 10 power plugs will need to be removed and replaced or masked over on these 2 walls.

Paint bare concrete block wall office white 3.9Mx2.7M- 3 power plugs and 3data plugs will need masking or removing and replacing.

Repaint 5 concrete columns in the room in lime green, approx area 6M x 2.7M

CARPETING:
Removal of existing 212m of carpet
Recarpet 200 square meters with commercial charcoal carpet, or tiled carpet. What ever is the most economic
Lay 12m of commercial vinyl floor in front of kitchenette (timber floorboard print)

DESK FITOUT
We need 600mm deep continuous desktops fitted to office walls, minimum 26mm thick.
Walls are a mix of concrete block and plasterboard,

Supporting legs will need to be set at regular widths to accomodate office chairs for use as workstations- widths may vary depending on walls and existing wiring/plugs. Approx 15-18 leg supports in total in chrome or black.

Desktops to be used need to be natural timber or bamboo etc. Not mdf or laminate
eg. $99 acacia benchtops from bunnings
Cable holes will need to be drilled with a holesaw above each existing plug set on the wall (25 plugs)

Fitout is across 5 walls dimensions as follows
wall 1
7.30M with 1 column cutout will be required in the lenght of desktop. Both ends 90 degree finish

wall 2
4.45M with one end finishing in an angle, the other a 90 degree finish

wall 3
4.90M both ends 90 degree finish

wall 4
7.76 one end 90 degree finish and the last 1.2m approx is curved inward so benchtop will need to finish early or be cut to the curve- both options are ok

wall 5
3.0M both ends 90 degree finish

Works will need to be completed in mid July
