1. supply and install metal stud framing with aluminium header. wall height 2700 mm. (wall partition as indicated in drawings - 30m). the layout drawing will be provided to interested parties.
2. supply and install 13 mm plaster to both sides.
3. supply and install acoustic insulation. 76 mm metal stud framing with 75 mm acoustics-orb insulation
4. supply and install aluminium door frames. ( 8 only )
5. supply and install solid core half glazed doors.(6 only), supply and install hollow doors.(2 only)
6. supply and install regent lever passage set to doors.
7. supply and install 100 x 1.6 mm aluminium skirting to new walls.
8. works as per plan provided.
9. no works to existing walls.
10. ceilings are as installed and assume height of 2700 mm.
11. painting(optional)
12. project management during installation phase.
13. exclusions
a. electrical works.(to be defined)

Shichida opens its door at Chatswood NSW on 29 Apr 2013, the first centre outside Victoria. Initially, I was very concerned with managing the renovation remotely from Victoria but my worries was unfounded as I have chosen the right partner, GD Projects to do this. Garry updated me very regularly and took upon himself to make sure we got the best outcome in every instance down to swapping the right colour blinds to match the existing one. I only made 3 day trips from Melbourne to Sydney to check on progress and was very happy with the outcome. We are very pleased with his team and his work ethics. Project was completed on time on budget.
