looking to move into a new premises to be used as a photographic studio..... it is an open 65m2 premises and highly unfinished....
* a wall sharing with the next door shop need to be extended to the roof,
* the ceiling needs to be put in to hide the pipes in the roof space
* plumbing facility is available but it is not fitted with anything atm
* floorboards to be install....
* curtail and rails to be installed to block light into the studio
* partition for a changing room....
need to get a rough estimate of the work required before I can commit to taking up the shop... thank you all in advance....
