A store that is the same as the store we are opening which is located in Italy, has the perfect look and concept that we wish to incorporate into our studio. The only problem that we encounter with the current location is the limited ceiling height of 2.3m in some parts. Therefore possibly we can utilise their concept and convert their design into our own studio which incorporates the rounded shapes. If you cannot complete the job within that specified time period- please do not contact us. There is NO extension on the time, machines take 10 weeks to be ordered from Austria and we need to be up and ready to run when they arrive.

We are taking on a lease of a take away / sit in restaurant in Neutral Bay. Currenlty this shop operates as a bakery. We need to have installed super burners and stoves, sink (Kitchen refit) etc...
