I have been asked to relocate to a new shop to make way for iga
Charlie requested 3 quotes from Shop Fitters in Bli Bli
the landlord owns the iga as well as the complex, he wants to expand his iga and needs my shop for more room,(butcher shop, approx 70sqmts) he said he will help pay the costs, but to what extent he is willing to pay, i don't know. i need a full costing of a fit out, the new premises will be about 80 to 100sq. mts, and will be totally empty. i have the equipment ,eg, mincer, band saw etc, so only need costing of the floor, walls, lighting, will the ceiling need re-enforcing to take the weight of my bodies of beef hanging from the rails. i will need a new cool room with shelving and rails to hold beef, lamb, etc.
air con, silage pit for fatty water, front signage, s/s benches, 3 phase power. this was his request to move me, and as i said, i don’t know how much he is willing to compensate.
any thing else you can think of, please put it in, i want him to know just how much this is going to cost me.
