Looking for a shed to be built at Camden.
Details are as follows.
6L x 4W x 2.4H
The shed shall include an industrial quality roller door minimum 2.5m wide and 2100high to face the carpark entrance with a secure steel lockable and ventilated vermin resistant pedestrian side door. The roof is to include a solar powered ventilation/extraction fan/unit and minimum R2.5 insulation blanket to the roof and R1.3 to the walls is to be included for insulation. The shed to be vermin proofed with netting and expander foam as necessary. Gutters to be installed to the sides of the shed.
