I'll need a slab laid and the shed to be erected. From advice given I've been told to ask for grooves to be made for the shed walls to sit in (if thats at all possible). Also for plastic to be laid underneath to stop water and mold.
I will be storing boxes with documents in there, so anyway to keep it dry as possible.
