As part of a recent renovation we removed our old security telephone/intercom and need a new one supplied and installed. The original wiring is still in place. The previous owner mentioned that there were some problems with the old system so will also need the person to check the common system to ensure that it is working and carry out any necessary repairs (including replacing the doorbell panel outside if necessary). When installed, the phone should act as a doorbell, allow the owner to talk to and hear guests outside and open the common security door (which provides access to 4 apartments). Looking for someone who can come out as soon as possible.
