Reprogram 8 Zone Alarm Panel from remote monitoring to domestic alarm only

Chubb installed Alarm system with only 2 zones activated plus smoke sensor. Since 2002 remote monitoring enabled (automatic dial-up to Chubb monitoring station and emergency services).
Alarm panel spec: "Crow PowerWave 8, Version 8.61.
Remote monitoring is no longer required but simply pulling out the telephone connection disables seemingly the land line tel services (?!).
Chubb quoted price for "Decommissioning" far too high in my view, considering I am officially a Senior Citizen now.
Apparently the current system will continue to dial up the Chubb monitoring base (Tel costs) regularly regardless of the service being cancelled.

Kelvin was prompt, on time and professional. He resolved the problem of regular and frequent, automatic Non-Alarm dial-ins to a monitoring station to a Domestic Alarm system only. All achieved within a hoped for time frame and at a most reasonable cost (R/Hr). I have no hesitation to recommend KWI.T. and will ask for his services again, when a requirement arises.
