Power outage to intercom door system

No power displaying on intercom system, changed time on it on Sunday and then power/time display turned off, I have checked fuse box no other appliances are plugged in or have turned off. The unit is a Electron brand and is approx 20 yers old, I think it may have an internal fuse?
