Need to reprogram alarm networx nx4 moved in new house.

We moved into a new home and had flashing lights on the control panel. My husband tried to re-set it from the manual but didn't have the pin code and now the alarm keeps going off. We contacted the old owners and they didn't have the pin code so now when ever you turn it on at the power source the alarm comes on after about 10 seconds.This is also connected to our door bell and front gate which I assume will start to work again once we get the alarm system re-set.
