House alarm is calling my hubby's mobile continuously but no alarm is going off. Also batteries are all flat on lower floor (double storey home) and we haven't been able to replace them as it does... I have a bosch cc880/lp880, sc8016 home security system which was installed in 2004 by a private independent installer whom we have lost contact with. one of the features of the of the system is... I have a bosch cc880/lp880, sc8016 home security system which was installed in 2004 by a private independent installer whom we have lost contact with. one of the features of the of the system is that when the alarm is triggered the system will automatically dial out to my mobile phone and then my wife's mobile and then to another relative phone, etc until the call is confirmed by pressing the certain key sequence on the phone. we are currently connected to an analog phone network and we would like to upgrade to a voip phone network (voice-over-internet-phone). we just like someone to check out our security system to see if the dial out feature will still work on voip? also we would like to replace our remote control alarm activation/de-activation key rings as they don't seem to be working anymore. bosch will not deal directly with private consumers like myself. therefore i'm sure who to contact and i'm hoping service central can help?
