We need a water-proof roofing structure for our 1st floor apartment balcony approximately 8m x 3m. the wall that the roof will attach to is timber with guttering above. the balustrades are framed glass (with aluminium i think).
we are thinking colourbond or something similar.
the apartment above us (same balcony dimensions) is also interested in building the same structure.
our council does not require a building permit.
