Need an expert in flow dynamics to fix our tin roof which has been leaking for over 5 years now - time to get it fixed! Cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and colourbond steel roof. May be as simple as tin overlapping incorrectly but not sure at this point. No obvious holes or gaps in the tin or flashing and believe water is running back up under the tin and down the beams.
