The house is a double storey 5 years old brick and tile. in storms roof leaks in one area, this is near a valley and may be possible that the valley needs sealing properly as it wasn’t done well by the original builder. i need someone to 1) investigate 2) repair 3) advise if this was likely storm damage (for insurance) either way i will be paying the bill. we would like this done asap however it is a rental property and we will need to arrange access. this an easy job for the right person
