we have noticed recently damp patches on our bedroom ceiling after the recent bad weather. therefore it appears that we have a probable leak. the house was recently checked my roof restoration company and nothing was mentioned about broken tiles or any potential danger to the roof except that the roof needed cleaning and a new paint.
