We have water stains all over our bedroom roof and even a spot that is now black. We think there is a damaged tile or something on the roof that is causing the leak. We are after a tiler/roofer to look and fix the tile and then someone to fix the ceiling, to tell us if we could just paint over it or if it is too damaged and needs replacing.
There is one stain (1 metre long by 15cm wide) another: ( 15cm long by about 15com wide) then there is a larger stain that has a long part ( 50cm by 15cm which then goes into a larger circle)
