We are buying a property and the building inspection has noted fretting of the tiles in the roof space.
I would like price to replace these tiles prior to confirming the contract so that I can negotiate the price for repair, and get the works done.
Inspection would ideally need to be done on Friday tomorrow, and access is available anytime through real estate (call me to arrange). Being a character property the tiles would need to be matched.
