My roof is in very good order. The background to this request is that the entire ceiling of my lounge/living area collapsed. It has not been replaced as yet. I can see one cracked tile and during the recent rain, water leaked through this crack. I want the roofer to identify the type of trusses I have (eg type of timber and whether it is softwood or hardwood) and state this in writing. I want a report from the roofer stating whether tiles are cracked and where water might be leaking through the roof.
