I require the flashing on a Colourbond Metal Roof to be resealed around an exhaust fan exit and a round piece of Perspex for a Skylight about 70 CM in Diameter to be replaced with the flashing also repaired. I also need the screw in nails on the roof to be re-screwed as I have just had an insurance assessor out and the job will cost less than my excess of $500.
