Hail damage has caused severe water damage inside the property and this has subsquently made the house unlivable as we are unsure how stable the inside of the roof is. Currently we have been advised by the SES that we need to disconnect the electricity due to the water sitting in the roof. We need this attended to urgently as we have clients residing in this house that we now need to rehome until repairs can be made. This will be through insurance.
