The second storey level of my home requires a high pressure clean, no sealing, just a cean, as the house is sittuated near grasslands, and some minimal fungi has formed on the top level on few of the tiles. It is a pitched roof, with external dimentions 4 x 9 m approx est. , The second level is only small as its only a Rumpus room that the roof covers . Not a hard task at all, the mould is minimal like i stated earlier , but bothersome to me.
