Our pitched roof gable has rotting timber falling down along with the morter under the roof tiles facing west. Acess to this area can be made by Cherry Picker on either side of the house.
- The neighbours to the right have a driveway which can be accessed, whilst on the left side our driveway will accomodate the cherry picker.This is getting dangerous as the morter is all falling down.
