I have a commercial property that is old - it is at least 80 years old. The roof is corrugated iron and it is old also. There are issues with heavy rains that will cause leaks to go into the building. So we need someone who can repair a section of roof that is causing the leaks, as well as an "audit" of the roof of the entire property to fault find any leaks that we are unaware of, as well as advice to reroute water to better manage water flows to reduce the likelihood of future leaks. This may include replacing guttering and flashing.
