Our gutters need to be cleaned, repaired and partially replaced where necessary (only a few short sections). Also, the bolts used for fixing the colorbond roof to the structure underneath are rusting. Need advice on possibly replacing them. Note: Roof has single story access, but 15m dropoff for large section of the roof. Don't apply if you're scared of height!
