I need all the roof caps fixed/re-mortared along the whole north to south edge and the short east side.
Also, the south east side needs the tiles repositioned since many are loose along the edge, some mortaring may be required.
Lastly, the two channels running from the top of the roof down towards the south east and north east need to be painted with antirust proofing. Some re-mortaring may also be required along edge where the channel meets the tiles.
The tiles are terracotta. We have some spares if required. And we do not require washing of the tiles.
