Roof plumber inspected and applied sealant to fix leak under heavy rain.
Need to rebed and repoint the roof ridge capping (for couple of them). Also check other ridge caps for cracks.
Flashing in the garage has gone down exposing brick below the capping. This causes leaking under heavy rain. Need to raise this flashing.
