DO NOT USE THIS CON MAN!!!!! Michael Arrived on time for the quote, gave a reasonable on the spot price so I accepted it, he said he would start on monday, he didn't show Up, he came on Tuesday at about 10:30 am and high pressure cleaned the roof then left at approximately 2 pm with a $1000 Deposit and up selling me to a better product (which I have contacted the paint manufacturer about and they Inform me it does not exist), he left the roof with a tile missing and the outside of the house a mess, he was supposed to return on wednesday to re-point, seal and paint the tiles again he didn't show up! On Thursday he returned at approximately 9am, he re-pointed the roof and then gave it two coats of paint (no sealer) So he has done less of a job for more money than the original quote! He finished at approximately 2Pm and said it was all done, from the front of the house it looked fine and I had no Idea about the paint he said he used not existing so I paid him and he left. Once the roof had dried thats when I noticed he had obviously not done 2 Coats of paint everywhere the roof was red and now is dark charcoal if it was painted correctly then I shouldn't see red spots on the roof possibly the paint was too thin as I did see him watering it down which he came up with the excuse the paint was too thick for his spray gun again the paint manufacturer tells me this is not true. He has not even painted the edges of the bottom tiles surrounding the house so I now have a red ring around the house. All attempts to contact him to return have been unsuccessful I am now $3K out of pocket with an unfinished roof that I will have to get done again in the next 12 months when the paint peels off. Do not Use him he is a con man.
