Michael is absolutely one of the best tradies I have ever worked with. Professional, polite, courteous, intelligent and very easy to get along with. Conscientious to a fault, he arrived early, worked all day without a break despite many invites to come in for a coffee/tea. Replaced many tiles that required it, rebedded everything (hips & ridges), pointing, hi-pressure cleaning, sealing, painting. Crappy weather meant having to do this in many stages over several days, but he did it all without complaint. Will definitely use his services again for our other properties and have told our friends too. Very competitively priced.
