Contacted me quickly to give a quote, and the quote was competitive, but I went with a different option in the end.

Initially the work seemed fine, done very quickly. However a couple of months later I had reason to get up on the roof, and saw that part of the job that had been quoted on, and paid for, had not in fact been done. The quote included repairs to the valley cuts. What I saw in the valleys was broken and crumbling mortar, with no sign of repair. Also, the quote included cleaning the gutters, and the gutters had moss growing in them and a fair bit of dirt. It appears that the work that was easily visible from the ground was complete, but anything that was difficult to see had been left undone. I contacted Chris by phone, and he assured me that he would send someone around later in the week to complete the work. No-one showed up. It has now been four weeks, and Chris has not answered or returned any phone calls, or responded in any way to my email. My advice, do NOT hire this company.
