Remove the rusted irons
Supply and fit Manor Red Colorbond valley irons and box gutter
Refit the tiles and fit bitumous sock under the cut valley tiles
Gusset the box gutter around the chimney and inspect for leaks under the flashings
Replace the badly rusted metal flashing on the rear chimney in Red Colorbond
Refit the tiles on both rear hips and recut tiles as necessary
Replacement both disturbed shellends and ridge caps as necessary
Lift off the rear zincalume quad gutter
Refit the clips and fit an additional zinc quad gutter bracket
Refit the gutter
Clean all the gutters and refix the gutter down the left
side of the house
Remove all debris from the job
PLEASE INSPECT
the flashings around the right rear chimney
